Dhaka Dynamics
Staff Application

Thank you for your interest in helping us shape the future of our community! As a staff member for Dhaka Dynamics, you will be on the front lines of community management, keeping our Discord server safe, active, and welcoming as we build up to the release of Streets of Dhaka. We are looking for professional, level-headed, and dedicated individuals to join our moderation team.

Please read the following requirements carefully before applying.

Requirements to Apply:

• Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for a staff position.
• Server Activity: You must have a Discord account in good standing and have reached at least Level 5 in our Discord server.
• Professionalism & Communication: You must have strong de-escalation skills, maintain a level head during conflicts, and hold yourself to a high standard of maturity.
• Availability: You must be able to dedicate a consistent amount of time each week to moderate the chat and assist community members.
• Application Inquiries: Please do not DM any current staff members asking about the status of your application or asking them to review it. Doing so will result in an automatic disqualification.
• Conflict of Interest Policy: To ensure you have the time, focus, and dedication required for this role, you must not currently hold a high-ranking Staff, Admin, or Management position in any similar or other Roblox communities.
• Confidentiality: Because the game is still in active development, you will be granted access to unreleased material and private staff channels. Leaking internal staff discussions, developer announcements, screenshots, or game assets will result in immediate removal from the team and a black-list for future openings. Do not answer the question "What city is Streets of Dhaka based on?" or you may be disqualified.

If you meet these requirements and are ready to help us build an amazing community, please fill out the questions below!
